Obviously, eating a healthy diet goes hand in hand with exercise. By combining a healthy diet that is low in simple carbohydrates and high in whole grains with a healthy aerobic workout several times a week, you will not only improve the health of your heart, circulatory system, muscles, and oxygen utilization, but you will store less fat and get rid of belly fat.
